Since 1997 G.J. Gardner has built and managed over 28,000 homes with franchises operating across New Zealand, Australia and also North America. G.J Gardner engaged Deremios to reimagine their digital brand experience. After taking the time to understand their existing brand identity, sales process and technology stack we designed a solution to help them not only engage and inspire prospective new customers but communicate better to customers throughout the build process.
To help their prospective and current customers get inspired for their next build we developed a custom inspiration gallery for users to browse and then curate their own Pinterest-style galleries for their next build. The system allows users to view a huge variety of galleries that showcase beautiful designs for kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, exteriors and anything in between while pulling together their own personal galleries. Users can also save showhomes and designs to create their own masterpiece of home inspiration from G.J.'s full range of options.

With wonderful showhomes nationwide we developed a custom showhome finder that allows users to locate their perfect build. With filtering functionality by location, district, bedrooms, bathrooms, garages, living areas, floor area and storeys, users are easily able to find the locations of G.J's many showhomes so they can take a peek at what could be their next abode.
