But first, strategy. Our plan: a comprehensive investigation into how people search for overseas tours. Our findings drove the UX design. Combined with paid search, this approach sees Viva outperform against the travel search terms people use most often. The site features visuals that inspire and smart functionality that gets visitors to the tour that’s right for them faster than you can say, “Book now”.
